1-REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE!


When you begin to feel grave discomfort dis-ease, KNOW that it is time for change. Some may say something is wrong with me 'you think'. Can't eat, can't sleep, illness or the opposite equals TIME FOR CHANGE.

You have out grown your shell, like a bird, chicken, butterfly etc. a seed ready for its' next stage/phase of life.

Discomfort is a sigh to do things differently - at a different place, a different time, different personality, or a different way.

You are forcing yourself to fit into a square hole your are 'ROUND' unlimited never ending continuous. Did you not recognize that in the questions you ask yourself such as: There must be more to life than this? Why do I feel ...? I want to be..., (that is because you realize you are holding yourself back, just not sure how to step into more)?

Your emotions are a clear indicator of your instinctive nature telling you to turn the corner, let go and let God, release, move forward, backward, to the side huuuuu...just make a move any to be clear.

STOP for a moment---Silence yourself---Be still and RELEASE SO THAT YOU CAN BE SET FREE.
