Shawna Halley is a Great and Inspired woman, self-driven! I have known her for a few years now. The first time we met; we went out to eat lunch at a Mexican restaurant and she was very interested in what I wanted to achieve in 1 year to five years. From that point forward we established a great relationship. We started out as friends because friends come and go but best friends are rare gems that always needs cultivation. She has been a no BS friend; business and life coach; mentor; and sister in Christ. Our client coach relationship began a year after I met her for lunch. She is a straightforward woman, you can always count on her, you will always have her support and strength-she go above and beyond to ensure you are on track to achieve what you envision. There are not enough words to describe the amazing woman that she is. She kept me accountable, ask deep probing questions, never allowing me to settle when I get frustrated and want to pull back. She responds with empowering words like this is your time to shine, RISE woman!

Shawna is amazing, I feel challenged and stretched to the best version of myself. The weekly appointments face to face or even over the phone have helped me stay focused on the reason why I started in the first place. I enjoy the sessions because they give me time to reflect and be checked lol. I appreciate the honesty and the support that I am given because its teaching me how I need to be toward myself. I’m still a little fuzzy in some areas, but I do understand that it takes time to unlearn bad habits and replace them with good ones!

The sessions have helping to build my confidence and advance my skillset because I am required to participate and be interactive. I don't have the chance to run out with fear; I have to be fully present and engaged in order to complete the tasks that are being asked of me. Self-love and self-acceptance are still a work-in progress because they are more independent and require inside work that I have to address.
The tangible things are easier to overcome as opposed to the internal and she is committed to me awakening, developing, and restoring to master my inner treasures (she says it is the greatest gift I can give myself). But I have noticed that in my down moments I try to think about the sessions and the major takeaways so that I can get back on track.
Everything that seemed impossible before I started working with Shawna came through for me. She held me to a higher standard so I can see beyond my current circumstances. And I did RISE to my dream job, more time with my son and opportunities for growth as a Confidence Coach myself.
